In accordance with the AIM Rules (Rule 26), insofar as the Company is aware as at 30 September, the percentage of the Company’s issued share capital that is not in public hands is 13.75%. This percentage consists of the holdings of the directors’ beneficial holdings, the holdings of the AMS Trustee Company in respect of the Company’s Share Incentive Plan (SIP), and the Company’s substantial shareholders. The Company’s free float is 86.25%.
